Last week I posted this very awesome, live, wind pattern tracker. Now the nerds at NASA (said with love) have done the same with historic surface ocean currents, from 2005 to 2007. It’s part of the Perpetual Oceans project from NASA’s Scientific Visualization Studio. Just think, you might be able to remember exactly which one of those became a rideable swell.
